My name is Katie Berry, and I am a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, proudly serving Ventura County since 2011. My family moved here over 40 years ago after my father’s service with the U.S. Navy at Point Mugu. I attended both elementary and high school in Camarillo and put myself through college, first at Ventura County Community Colleges and then at California State University, Northridge, where I earned my degree in Business Law. Today, I’m proud to use this local knowledge and experience to serve the community I’ve long called home. Using the latest technology, including virtual consultations via platforms like Zoom and electronic signature tools, I make the process seamless and accessible, even for clients outside the area or those with busy schedules. My goal is to simplify each step, making it as stress-free and efficient as possible, so you feel informed and empowered throughout your journey. As a local expert, I bring an in-depth understanding of Camarillo and the surrounding communities, from scenic parks and welcoming neighborhoods to top-rated schools and amenities that serve all ages. When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors with my family of six, taking advantage of Ventura County’s beautiful weather through camping, biking, hiking, and beach trips.
