Brandon Ramey

Brandon Ramey, JD, GRI, MRP, is a seasoned REALTOR with two decades of experience in the Ventura County and Southern California real estate markets. As a second-generation REALTOR and the eldest of four brothers from a military family, Brandon has leveraged his background to establish the VETERAN Home Services division within eXp Realty, dedicated to supporting military veterans.

In April 2024, Brandon, alongside co-founder Ken Grech, launched Start Making Your Legacy (SMYL) brokered by eXp Realty of Greater Los Angeles, with their first branch office opening in Old Town Camarillo, featuring 23 agents.

Brandon earned his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga School of Law in 2013 and has since developed a strong reputation as a top coach, trainer, and recruiter in Ventura County real estate. His experience includes serving as the Director of Realty at Ventura County Community Development Corporation, where he helped first-time home buyers with down payment assistance and managed an acquisition rehab program, revitalizing over 15 properties between 2013 and 2015.

He also served as VP of Coaching and Leadership Development at the top Century 21 office in California before partnering with Ken Grech, Will Grimes, and Eli Schmidt to scale Legit Agents’ brand globally. Brandon is passionate about empowering others to achieve their best, whether by advancing real estate careers or building wealth through home ownership.
